[fr-be] Script Change Replay locjam entry

Team Russket here! We chose to translate the RPG add-on "Script Change Replay" from its original English version to Belgian French. This was quite an interesting project, especially since we are still studying translation. There were a few pitfalls and difficulties we had to overcome along the way, but we managed to finish it on time while being only three, and we are glad about this. Feel free to comment on any eventual mistake you find, we are still just students.
